Who we are…
Btech Energy Ltd is a leading solar energy company based in Nigeria, committed to delivering reliable, clean, and cost-effective power solutions to homes, businesses, anyone institutions across the country. Founded in 2018, we have spent over a decade solving one of Nigeria’s most persistent challenges “POWER” and we have built a reputation for doing it right.
We are a full-service energy company. From initial consultation and system design to professional installation, after-sales support, and maintenance, we manage every stage of your energy journey with technical precision and genuine care. Our work spans residential solar systems, commercial and industrial installations, solar street lighting, CCTV security systems, and hands-on renewable energy training.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: every Nigerian deserves access to stable, affordable power. That belief drives how we design our systems, select our components, train our engineers, and serve our clients. We do not sell what is cheapest, we recommend what is right, and we install what will last.
Our Market Reality & Client Approach
Solar systems must be designed for how clients actually use power in Nigeria
The Nigerian power environment requires realistic design. Many clients need dependable backup, lower generator use, protection against outage disruption and a system that can support critical loads without constant complaints. Btech’s advice is therefore built around load discipline, expansion planning and clear explanation of what the system can and cannot carry.
| Client reality | How Btech responds |
|---|---|
| Unstable grid supply and rising generator cost | We prioritise critical loads, backup hours and practical fuel-saving design. |
| Budget constraints and phased purchasing | We advise scalable systems where future battery or PV expansion is technically possible. |
| Overloading of inverter systems | We explain system limits, separate critical loads and warn against high-power misuse. |
| Mixed building wiring and poor existing electrical condition | We inspect DBs, cable routes, earthing, inverter room and load distribution before final advice. |
| Commercial clients need uptime and accountability | We document work, test systems, record photos and recommend preventive maintenance. |
| Hospitals, schools and institutions need controlled power priorities | We recommend load segmentation, critical-load prioritisation and staged implementation where needed. |
